Redevelopment

Grow completed a full redevelopment of their site in the Coutanchez.

This means that our Crew now have the opportunity to train in a range of occupational skills and enrichment programmes. Whilst Grow will always provide a sheltered work environment, we can now also offer training skills for employment in commercial sectors, taking their place in the Guernsey community with confidence and self-esteem.

The new two storey Facilities Centre includes a fully equipped workshop and creative arts rooms, and upstairs the Grow Community Hub.

In our grounds you will find the Flourish training café serving teas and coffees, cakes and lunch.
