The Grow Community Hub

The Grow Community Hub is a welcoming space designed for other Guernsey-based charities to engage, collaborate, and flourish. The Hub offers a variety of amenities, including office space, shared training, and access to Grow’s state-of-the-art facilities.

Grow Community Hub Co-locator

A Community Hub Co-locator is a charity who rents a permanent space at Grow.

As a Hub Co-locator, you will be entitled to:

a dedicated office space, with a range of sizes available
use of the small kitchen
allocated space in our storage area
key for after-hours access to the building

You will also benefit from:

Reduced-rate meeting rooms, including a board room, large training room, and out-of-hours canteen and life skills kitchen
A private kitchen facility on the top floor, exclusive to members
Accessibility to all areas, including a lift to the top floor where your rooms are located
Out-of-hours access to the building via your own key system
Limited onsite parking, with encouragement for active travel and ample bicycle spaces and bus layby.

Costs

Office space	from £6,000 annually
Service fee	£500 per year for utilities such as wifi and electricity.

Charity co-locators, charity partners and members of the public can hire our rooms, with larger spaces available for after-hours use. Please note that additional staff may be required for larger spaces, and a charge will be levied for the facilities team’s presence.
