Grow's impressive £4 million redevelopment showcases a two-story Facilities Centre, designed with accessibility in mind. It features a lift for powered wheelchairs, wide corridors, and accessible restrooms, one equipped with a hoist. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped Workshop, The Crafty Frog Shop, and canteens for both Crew and staff.

At the heart of our mission is the vinery, a cherished area we continue to develop. Our plants not only provide valuable training for our Crew but also add vibrancy and color to gardens across the island.

The Flourish Training Café is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink or a bite to eat. This facility provides our Crew with essential skills in kitchen management, food preparation, front-of-house service, and till operation. Be sure to try our delicious sausage rolls!

Sustainability is integral to Grow's ethos. We have optimized our expansive roof spaces with photovoltaic panels on the Hospitality Training Unit, powering the entire site. Additionally, energy from the panels on the Facilities Centre roof is fed back into the grid.
